Over Christmas, we went to see Little Women at ERT – East Riding Theatre – in Beverley, East Yorkshire. It was my first visit and I have to say I was very impressed, both with the play and the theatre itself, and no doubt I will be back in the future. InflataNation is on Beverley’s Flemingate development, a (very) short walk from the train station and around 5 – 10 minute walk from the bus station. There is a multi-storey car park right next door which costs from £1 for 3 hours.

Yorkshire Water very kindly sent us a brilliant picnic rucksack, so we decided to head up to Tophill Low, near Watton in East Yorkshire to have a spot of afternoon tea on a fine September afternoon.
Tophill Low is owned and managed by Yorkshire Water and is a great place to go for a walk in the fresh air, do some bird-spotting, and of course, have a picnic. Continue reading
