Didn’t we have a lovely time? #DWHALT – June 2016

Yay, June isn’t over yet and I’ve remembered to actually get the linky up! Hurrah for me. Have you got any family days out posts to link up this month?

We’ve been super busy with a trip to North Yorkshire where we stayed at a YHA youth hostel, visited the Forbidden Corner, and also had a little tootle around York. We’ve also been up to Dalby Forest to meet Stick Man!

Kids Days Out Reviews Linky

Didn’t we have a lovely time? May 2016

I know, right? It’s almost the end of the month and I still haven’t gotten around to this month’s linky, but fear not – here it is – THE linky for family days out in the UK. Where have you been in May?

With both schools being super busy this month, we haven’t had chance to get too far – but we have squeezed in a trip to The Deep. You can read about our trip with Charlie the school bear at The Deep, Hull

We are very much looking forward to this half-term when we will be venturing a little to the north and exploring a couple of places in North Yorkshire.

I’m going to BlogOn Manchester

Hello! I am going to Blog On Manchester this weekend. I think it will be my fourth one. I think that means I’ve been to all of them.

Well, I couldn’t not really. Many moons ago (OK, about four years ago, maybe three) there was me and Laura in a pub. Somewhere in Manchester city centre. There was wine. That much I remember. She said she could do a blog conference and did I think anyone would come. I said that I would anyway. I said “If you build it, they will come” in some weird voice of authority.
